DICE is an interactive installation that explores the invisible force that shapes random encounters between the artwork and the audience: luck.

DICE takes the form of Iregular’s signature giant cube. It invites visitors to play with their own shadows across five rotating chapters, each exploring luck from a different perspective: Self-Fulfilling Prophecy, Serendipity, Chaos Theory, Synchronicity, and Fate. Each theme shapes how participants interact with the work and influences its evolving sound and visual composition.

Using AI-powered tracking, DICE captures gestures and transforms them into projected silhouettes that are continuously drawn and redrawn by people’s unpredictable movement. This, combined with random generative software, creates infinitely different living artworks that are never the same.
